About Provo Rodent Pros

We are a rodent-only company serving Provo and Utah County. That sentence is the whole business plan: no insects, no lawn sprays, no wildlife sidelines — just rats, mice, and voles, and the buildings they try to live in.

Why Rodent-Only?

Rodent problems are building problems. A mouse in the attic is not solved by anything sprayed on a baseboard; it is solved by finding the entry point, removing the animals, and sealing the structure. General pest companies are built for a different rhythm — quick recurring treatments across dozens of species — and rodent calls get squeezed into that model, usually as a couple of bait stations and a hope.

We chose the narrower trade on purpose. When rodents are the only job, you learn the local details that decide outcomes: how deer mice pour out of the foothills into bench neighborhoods at the first cold snap, how Norway rats follow the Provo River corridor and the irrigation lines, why student housing near BYU cycles the same mice through shared walls, and how a three-inch burrow hole by a foundation in an older Provo neighborhood tells a whole story. That local pattern-recognition is what a customer is actually buying.

Local Focus: Provo & Utah County

We work where we know the housing stock and the habitat: Provo first, and the neighboring communities of Orem, Springville, Spanish Fork, American Fork, Lehi, Pleasant Grove, and Mapleton. From pre-war homes near downtown to new construction on the west side, from BYU-area rentals to East Bay warehouses, the rodent pressure differs by neighborhood — and so does the plan. Staying local means our advice accounts for the bench, the river, the orchards, and the building styles we actually see every week.

How We Work — The Honest Version

We inspect before we quote. Rodent jobs vary too much for phone pricing, and a company that guesses low to win the call guesses again on your invoice. You get numbers for your building, after we have seen it.

We trap and seal; we do not lean on poison. Poison leaves the holes open and the problem recurring. Trapping plus exclusion is slower to describe and faster to finish the problem for good.

We put it in writing. Findings, work performed, entry points sealed, recommendations — especially for landlords, managers, and businesses that need records.

We will talk you out of work you do not need. Old droppings in a sealed attic, a single vole trail a homeowner can manage, a "problem" that is actually a squirrel on the roof — if the honest answer saves you a service call, you will hear it from us. A local company's reputation is its marketing, and we plan to keep ours the slow, durable way.

We respect the safety side. Utah's deer mice can carry hantavirus, so cleanup advice and attic work follow wet-down, disinfect, and ventilate precautions — no dry sweeping, ever.

We keep the promise small and keep it. Rather than claiming to do everything for everyone, we promise a careful inspection, an honest written plan, work performed as documented, and a phone that gets answered during business hours. Small promises, kept repeatedly, are how a local service company earns the next call — and the neighbor's call after that.
