Services Described on This Website
This website describes the rodent control services Provo Rodent Pros offers in Provo and surrounding Utah County communities: inspection, removal, exclusion, proofing, cleanup, and commercial programs for rats, mice, and voles. Descriptions are general. The specific scope of any job — work included, methods, and price — is set by the inspection and the written plan provided before work begins, not by any statement on this site.
Estimates and Pricing
Because rodent work depends on the species, the structure, and the extent of the problem, prices are quoted after inspection. Any figure discussed before an inspection is a preliminary estimate only and may change once the property has been examined. The written quote provided after inspection is the operative one.
Appointments
Service is provided by appointment during our operating hours, Monday–Saturday, 7am–7pm. Appointment windows are estimates of arrival, not guarantees of a specific minute. If you need to reschedule, call as early as you can. Access to the areas being serviced — attics, crawl spaces, utility rooms, or business premises — is the customer's responsibility to arrange, including any required notices to tenants or residents.
Service Limitations
Rodent control outcomes depend on factors partly outside any provider's control, including surrounding habitat, neighboring properties, building condition, and sanitation. We commit to performing the inspected, agreed work — inspection, removal, and exclusion as documented — and to honest reporting of findings. Exclusion work covers the entry points identified and sealed as part of your service; new openings created later by weather, settling, other trades, or animal damage are new work. No statement on this website creates a guarantee beyond what is stated in your written service documentation.
Safety Information
Health and safety guidance on this site — including hantavirus precautions around deer mouse droppings — is general information, not professional medical or public-health advice. For health concerns, consult the Utah Department of Health or CDC resources.
Website Use
Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. You may read and share links to it; copying substantial portions for commercial use requires our permission. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that every statement is complete or current, and service availability may change without notice.
